Submitting a request in this portfolio experience does not create a confirmed appointment. Connected staff can review requests and assign specialists. A portfolio confirmation is not a real commercial reservation.

These pages explain the portfolio experience and the difference between a preview and a confirmed service. The policy framework is illustrative and is not a substitute for the actual terms of an operating business. Real service terms must be supplied and reviewed before a commercial launch.
Pricing
Displayed prices are regional concept starting prices. Final price can change with scope, complexity, length, density, stylist level or consultation.
Consultations and patch tests
Selected colour, smoothing, skin, bridal, brow and lash requests require additional consultation or patch-test logic before confirmation.
Cancellations and deposits
Cancellation windows, deposits and refund terms are not finalised. A real operator must approve them before any booking is accepted.
Privacy
Connected accounts store your name, email, phone number, contact preferences and appointment requests in this website’s database. The labelled demo uses temporary sample data. Public booking forms can open WhatsApp with the details you entered; you choose whether to send that message. Please use test details and avoid sensitive information in this portfolio experience.
Staff workspace
Authorised staff accounts can store team assignments, attendance, approval requests and manual finance entries. Access depends on role and team. Successful logins and account or operational changes are recorded in an administrator activity report. Deleting an account from the staff desk disables access and retains operational history; it is not a personal-data erasure request. Contact the operator for retention or privacy requests.
Installable app
The Veloura PWA can be installed from a supported browser. Private account pages, API responses and submitted records are not saved in its offline cache. Staff actions and bookings require an internet connection. Finance entries are a manual ledger, not a payment or bank-transfer service.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your account identifier, name and email so this website can create or identify your Veloura account. We store the Google identifier linked to your account, not your Google password or access token. This feature does not request Gmail, Drive or Calendar access. An existing password account must be signed in and explicitly linked before Google can access it.
Accessibility
The experience is designed for keyboard navigation, visible labels, readable contrast, reduced motion and comfortable mobile touch targets.
